Parent Visitors: We are blessed to have an active family community participating in school activities. Please remember:Parents visiting the school to drop something off or speak to their child(ren) will be expected to remain in the office area.Your child will be called down to see you or we will have any items delivered to them. Unexpected classroom visits can act as a distraction to the learning environment and be unsettling for some children.
Transportation Fees on Rycor: We would like to inform you that transportation fees are now available for payment through Rycor. Please take a moment to log in and complete the payment at your earliest convenience. If you need assistance with accessing Rycor, feel free to reach out to the school office.
SchoolEngage Forms: We kindly ask all parents/guardians to update and complete the required forms on SchoolEngage as soon as possible. These forms are essential for ensuring we have the most up-to-date information for your child. Even if nothing has changed, please go in and complete the form. If you have any questions about the forms, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Opt-in for Text Messages from Holy Family: In an effort to improve communication, Red Deer Catholic Regional Division has sent out a text message inviting parents to opt in to receive important messages from the school. If you haven’t already, please reply with "Y" to 978338. This text line will be used for faster communication, so we encourage you to opt in as soon as possible. If you do not opt-in you will not receive text messages.
Holiday Market: Our annual Holiday Market is taking place on December 10th. The students have a scheduled shopping time throughout the day. Please remember to send your child/ren with money if you would like them to participate. Every item is $1.00, and will be wrapped and ready to be placed under your Christmas tree!
